Valuing the human being is one of our strategic pillars. Our history is part of the lives of many people who through our company had the opportunity to grow, study and improve their income.
That’s because we were built with a social purpose: to create more jobs for the municipality of Goianésia/GO. And one of our historic moments was the beginning of latex production, which made it possible to reallocate the people that were laid off with the evolution of mechanized harvesting and reduce the unemployment rate in the municipality.
