Last Monday, January 30th, Jalles held the second edition of the Recognize Program, to value and honor employees who will complete 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years in the company in 2022.
The event was attended by the board of directors and nearly 500 employees of the Jalles Machado and Otávio Lage units, who were honored.

João Teodoro Neto, front leader, completes 40 years at Jalles in 2022 and was one of the honored employees. “I started in August 1982, when the company was Goianésia Álcool, I participated in the first harvest in 1983. I grew a lot in these 40 years and so did Jalles. I am very honored to have reached where I am now and I thank everyone”, emphasized João Teodoro.
